In 2010, Sky Betting and Gaming (Sky Bet) made a pivotal move from a small office in Harrogate to the bustling city centre of Leeds. Initially triggered by a dispute with their landlord, this relocation turned out to be a game-changer for the company’s growth and the wider tech scene in Yorkshire.

Former SBG CTO Andy Burton reflects on the move:
“We moved to Leeds sometime in 2010, and that was the one thing that, without a doubt, transformed the company.
